Remembering the Roots of Healthcare
Having a foundational understanding of your body + its needs + repair basics. We have put too much weight and power over our health in the hands of people who aren’t sure what to do with it. And that is ok; we can move forward from here to redefine how we all work together. I’m not pro or con one or the other, I’m for equal amalgamations.
A lot of common ailments + injuries you can have a big influence over. I know time and resources are scant. So we will go over a few things you can have in your physical and mental first aid kit to help make your body a little safer place to live in. Because everywhere else is chaos, and we have no control over it anyways.
Unfortunately, it takes a really long time + you are the only one who can to do it. Of course, we build our team of people we trust to guide us along the way. But it is ultimately up to our own discernment + involvement in the process that makes us able to heal or get pulled into the undertow.
When to go the hospital disclaimer: PLEASE, for goodness sake, if you are in danger, broke a leg, head wounds, abuse, gun shot wound, honey badger bite, and/or chest pain; seek western medical attention. This list is NOT exhaustive.
